Responsibilities
- Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns utilizing social media advertisements and flyers
- Monitor performance across the acquisition funnel including lead volume and drop-off points
- Organize driver recruitment events and pop-up activations
- Report acquisition metrics and growth trends to the Operations Lead
- Review and verify driver documents such as licenses, insurance, and background checks
- Process new driver applications and update the onboarding tracking system
- Ensure applicants meet regulatory and internal standards
- Manage the PA/CPC application process
- Flag applications that do not comply or escalate incomplete verifications
- Send reminders and notifications to applicants stalled in the onboarding process
- Track onboarding status to minimize drop-off rates and maintain databases of onboarded drivers
- Monitor funnel conversion rates and time-to-activation metrics
- Adhere to company policies, meet assigned targets, and take on other related responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Possess one to two years of relevant experience in operations or candidate and vendor onboarding
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools
- Exhibit skill in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation or mapping
