Job Description
Cosuno is a technology company founded in 2019 in Berlin that provides an AI-driven platform for the construction industry, helping general contractors tender projects to subcontractors. The company is currently expanding its teams with backing from investors like Cherry Ventures and Spark Capital. Cosuno is hiring a full-time Onboarding Manager on a remote basis to guide new clients through the platform adoption process.
In this position, the Onboarding Manager handles approximately 40 client onboardings each month. Responsibilities include making initial contact within days of assignment, conducting screen-share onboarding sessions, setting up client profiles and search criteria, and supporting users through their first project offerings. The successful candidate tracks activation metrics using Salesforce, follows up with unresponsive clients, and provides structured feedback to the product team to improve self-activation resources like tool tips and help guides. Performance is evaluated after 12 months based on client activation rates after 30 days, prompt initial contact, and accurate CRM maintenance.
This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy explaining software clearly, managing high-volume monthly conversations, persistently reaching out to clients who work on construction sites, and communicating comfortably with tradespeople and office staff alike. It is not designed for those who prefer handling static support tickets over proactive outreach, managing a small number of intensive accounts, or working without performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 40 client onboardings every month with an average effort of one and a half hours per account
- Reach out to newly assigned clients within a few days of receiving them
- Lead screen-share onboarding calls to establish user profiles and search criteria
- Assist clients during their initial offers on the platform
- Monitor client activation signals and follow up with users who stall during setup
- Collect and relay recurring onboarding hurdles to the product team to enhance user guides and product tours
- Maintain complete and accurate records in Salesforce regarding onboarding statuses, activation signals, and hurdles
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume, client-facing role such as onboarding, activation-focused customer support, inside sales, or B2B customer service
- Proficiency in explaining software concepts clearly over the phone and via screen share
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Native-level fluency in German (C2) and good command of English
- Residency in Berlin or willingness to work from the office when required
Core Skills
Benefits
- Target annual compensation of 55,000 euros OTE, consisting of a fixed salary and a variable component tied to goal achievement
- Clear performance metrics, structured playbooks, and direct influence on products and results
- Career progression opportunities into retention sales or product enablement
- Permanent employment contract equipped with modern gear
- Workplace flexibility in Berlin-Kreuzberg or hybrid arrangement
- Regular one-on-one meetings, an open feedback culture, and company events
