Job Description
LevelUp is recruiting an Order Processing Tech Support Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract, performed remotely. The hiring firm, LevelUp, is an outsourcing house offering technical, operations and back-office capacity to agencies, software companies and site operators, serving many clients over seven-plus years.
The specialist is the first person sales staff turn to when a Salesforce problem blocks their work. The job is mainly day-to-day order troubleshooting. Requests arrive over Slack and Zendesk. The specialist identifies whatever is holding up an order or opportunity, such as a validation error, a wrong field value or an incorrect selection, and explains how to clear it.
When an order fails at the processing stage, the specialist tries to recreate the fault and pin down the underlying cause before passing it on. Every resolution has to be written up, tickets tagged accurately, and the internal knowledge base kept current so repeat issues are quicker to fix next time.
Candidates must have worked hands-on in Salesforce Sales Cloud, touching deals, customer accounts, quotes, orders and sales stages. Two to three years of real-time technical support over live chat, using platforms such as Slack or Zendesk, is required, together with a record of fixing order processing failures. The person must write and speak English well enough to explain technical fixes to colleagues who are not technical.
Helpful extras include working knowledge of NetSuite, background in order management or sales operations, SQL, BigQuery or reporting tools, Jira for ticketing, and experience with a hosting or B2B SaaS company. The posting text does not give a pay figure, but the listing shows USD 30,000 to 35,000 per year.

- Pinpoint what is holding up an order or opportunity, including validation errors and incorrect field values

- Escalate problems that cannot be solved on first contact
Requirements
- Real-world Salesforce Sales Cloud use, including deal records, customer accounts, quotes, orders and stage tracking
- Two to three years of real-time technical support over live chat
- History of diagnosing order processing breakdowns like validation rule failures or user-input slips
- Excellent written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Familiarity with NetSuite as an enterprise resource planning platform
- Past roles in managing orders, handling order workflows or supporting sales operations
- Practical familiarity with SQL, BigQuery or reporting software
- Some Jira experience for logging issues and escalating them
- Experience with a hosting or B2B SaaS company
