Job Description
LevelUp is recruiting a full-time Order Processing Tech Support Specialist to assist sales teams that work in Salesforce. The role is fully remote. LevelUp is an outsourcing agency offering technical, operational and back-office backing to agencies, software vendors and site owners, a service it has provided for more than seven years.
The specialist is the first contact for sales staff when an order runs into trouble in Salesforce. The task is to find the fault behind a stalled order or opportunity, whether that is a validation rule, a wrong value or an incorrect selection, and to show the user how to fix it. Support arrives through Slack and Zendesk.
Some faults only surface when an order is processed. In those cases the specialist tries to reproduce the issue, isolates the root cause, and escalates with enough detail for someone else to act. Each fix is documented, tickets are tagged properly, and recurring problems are added to the knowledge base.
The posting describes a shifting schedule: hours depend on the client assigned and are often afternoon or overnight, so flexibility matters. The role follows US Central Time within a 40-hour fixed week. Equipment is supplied, and the company says it puts wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance first.
Candidates should bring practical Salesforce Sales Cloud skills spanning deals, customer accounts, quotes, orders and sales stages, along with two to three years of live chat support. They must have solved order processing problems, including validation errors, and must explain complicated fixes clearly in English. Extras include NetSuite knowledge, order management background, SQL or BigQuery, Jira, and time at a hosting or B2B SaaS business.
