Job Description
Turing is hiring a full-time Partner Manager for AI Ecosystem Partnerships within Turing Intelligence. The posting lists the United States, with New York City preferred. Turing Intelligence designs and deploys AI systems for large enterprises, and the posting cites Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo, BlackRock and Apollo as examples. Forward-deployed engineers build working systems inside client environments on top of foundation models.
This is Turing's first partner manager post. Two established foundation-model providers already know the company, though little revenue flows through those relationships yet. The task is to sell Turing through and alongside these providers, operate the programmes that make that work, and take responsibility for channel revenue. The posting presents this as a practical role in which the holder both does the work and coaches others, possibly building a team if the channel succeeds.
The work has three strands. The first is selling through partners: pitching to partner account teams, building partner-sourced pipeline, co-selling with joint plans and proposals, and sending Turing-originated demand toward partner platforms. The second is running partner programmes from start to finish, covering onboarding, deal registration, certifications, tier progression, credits, development funds and training, plus accurate pipeline reporting and regular reviews. The third is working across Turing with delivery leaders, so that channel commitments can be staffed, and building case studies from delivered work.
The posting asks for five-plus years in alliance, partnership or channel roles, including at least two years carrying a quota or partner-sourced revenue target, and services-side partner experience with cloud or technology vendors. Candidates should have pitched a firm to a vendor and run a partner programme, know the partner playbook, handle competing partners even-handedly, and model referral economics against a margin floor. Preferred experience includes AI partnerships, technical fluency in models and agents, managing competing vendor relationships, and selling into enterprise financial services. Revenue growth through the channel is the primary measure. The compensation range is $240,000 to $260,000.

- Keep partner pipeline reporting accurate and consistent
- Hold partner check-ins, quarterly reviews, executive meetings and events
- Keep engineers certified on partner platforms and turn launches into activity
- Treat competing partners even-handedly and raise conflicts early
- Work with delivery leaders so every channel commitment can be staffed
Requirements
- Five-plus years across partnerships, alliances or channel work, including two-plus years on a quota
- Services-side partner or alliance background with cloud or technology vendors
- Experience both pitching a firm to vendors and running a partner programme
- Command of the partner playbook: attribution, deal registration, co-sell, marketplaces and development funds
- Discretion with partners that compete
- Commercial judgement: reading a P&L and modelling referral structures against a margin floor
- Comfort with partner reps, partner executives, delivery leads and general managers
- Someone who coaches while doing the work personally
Qualifications
- AI partnership experience or experience selling AI implementation work
- Technical fluency on model selection, agents and deployment
- Running two or more rival vendor partnerships concurrently
