The organization is seeking a People Partner Intern for the Summer 2027 term to join the PeopleX team in the New York office. This internship is structured around supporting the People team strategy by combining insights, operations, and collaboration to foster a thriving workplace culture.

The position suits an ambitious graduate student who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational development. Interns will contribute to business support and program delivery, examine operational data and employee feedback to identify trends, and collaborate with centers of excellence to address complex workforce challenges. The role helps cultivate an inclusive employee experience by assisting in the delivery of key internal programs.

This is an on-site position requiring physical attendance at the New York office at least three days per week. Responsibilities

  • Support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery
  • Analyze operational data, employee feedback, and program outcomes to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with centers of excellence across PX and the business to resolve people-related challenges
  • Contribute to an inclusive employee experience through the delivery of internal programs

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program
  • Available for an on-site schedule in the New York office at least 3 days per week

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a graduate program studying Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
  • Prior human resources experience via an internship, co-op, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite
