Robinhood is seeking a People Partner to join its London office on an on-site basis, requiring attendance at least three days per week. As the company builds the future of finance and expands internationally, this role serves as the first dedicated human resources partner in the United Kingdom, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.
This position suits an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong strategic judgment. The People Partner acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing matters related to organizational design, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and change leadership.
The role involves collaborating closely with Centers of Excellence, Human Resources Information Systems, and People Operations to design and deliver global yet locally relevant frameworks. Key activities include coaching leaders to raise the bar on talent, leading transformation projects, resolving complex international employment matters, and utilizing workforce data to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA
- Partner with leadership to build high-performing organizations and strengthen accountability
- Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives regarding structure, roles, and operating models
- Identify gaps in international human resources programs and build repeatable frameworks
- Manage complex international employment matters and determine when to escalate to regulatory or legal experts
- Collaborate with employee relations, legal, total rewards, and people operations on project management
- Support mergers and acquisitions activity within the client group
- Analyze people data to identify trends and influence organizational decisions
Requirements
- Over 10 years of human resources experience, including substantial time as a People Partner or HRBP
- Demonstrated experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple regions
- Familiarity with country-specific employment nuances across the UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU
- In-office attendance in London at least three days per week
