Job Description
Allstate invites seasoned professionals to launch their own financial services business under the Allstate name. The position is remote and suits people who already run a growing practice and want to widen their reach in their community with Allstate's brand, products, and support. Personal Financial Representatives work alongside Allstate agency owners, who help generate new business and pass along leads, and a PFR may share office space with an agency owner. The posting makes clear that PFRs are independent contractors and not franchisees, and that they are not employees of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates.
In a typical agency office, one PFR meets customers in person, supported by a group of licensed staff who strengthen client bonds and create referrals. Allstate supplies product lines and ongoing education to support PFRs, and the posting describes income as unlimited and tied to how much the practice grows. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, has a proven sales record, and has sold both protection products and asset-building products.
Investment products are sold via Allstate Financial Services, LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC, under the PFR agreement terms.
