Moniepoint seeks a POS Technician to join its operations in Gombe. This full-time, on-site role focuses on the upkeep, troubleshooting, and restoration of payment terminals across the company distribution network. The position requires managing repair centers, handling second-level hardware issues, and maintaining devices such as Linux and Android systems, Mpos, and Kiosks. Candidates must possess hands-on technical skills for repairing specific terminal brands and be capable of operating with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete repair cycle within the hardware department
- Deliver second-level technical support for hardware problems
- Oversee and coordinate terminal repair centers across the network
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in English communication
- Technical capability to service PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals
- Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Self-driven approach with the capacity to take initiative
- Strong relationship-building and emotional intelligence abilities
- Mandatory residency in Gombe State
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in a related discipline
- Prior experience working within the agency banking sector
