Bosch is seeking a practice head for cloud and custom development in Bengaluru to lead enterprise application development, cloud and infrastructure services, and digital solutions. The role covers delivery governance under ITIL, DevOps, Agile and security practices, building and developing the team, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and risk management. This full-time, on-site leadership position requires 18 or more years of IT experience.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for application development, cloud and infrastructure services
- Oversee project delivery, quality, risks and corrective actions
- Build and develop the practice team, including hiring and performance management
- Work with business partners on forecasts and growth strategies
Requirements
- 18+ years in IT services or software, including similar leadership roles
- Prior IT delivery experience in custom application development and verification and validation
- Experience with Microsoft and open-source technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred
- Project management experience, with Agile preferred
Qualifications
- MBA or B.E. degree, with engineering from a premium institute preferred
- PMP, Agile or other relevant project management certifications
- AI or Gen AI experience is a plus
