Requirements
- Five or more years as a solutions architect at a technology company
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Practical work with Kubernetes services like AKS, EKS, GKE and OpenShift
- Linux shell scripting and knowledge of container runtimes
- Grasp of OS basics covering processors, memory and network behavior
- Familiarity with a major public cloud provider such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of observability and application performance tools
- Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or Grafana k6
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
- Familiarity with service mesh tools such as Istio and with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Python, Java or Go
- Certified Kubernetes administrator and certified Linux administrator credentials are a plus
- Previous SRE or DevOps duty handling live production incidents
- Awareness of current DevOps and SRE toolchains, plus ITSM connections
