This role suits an experienced engineering leader who enjoys tackling open-ended architectural challenges. The position involves guiding platform infrastructure, refining real-time systems under adverse network conditions, spearheading privacy engineering initiatives, and managing internal AI agent frameworks. The selected leader will inherit a predominantly Go codebase and an existing team of engineers, while taking a hands-on approach to building out the London office culture, driving local recruitment, and collaborating closely with leadership.
