Job Description
Elastic Security is hiring a Principal Product Manager to act as the lead product spokesperson for its most important enterprise customers. The position is full-time and remote-first, listed for the United States, and includes travel of up to half the time.
The product manager owns the enhancement request pipeline for several large accounts simultaneously. The work involves building a structured tracking system, deciding what gets prioritized, and keeping every customer request progressing rather than waiting indefinitely.
Pattern recognition is central to the role. Requests from different accounts are compared to surface shared problems, which can then be shaped into product direction that also serves the wider market. Patterns with enough backing are formalized into design partnerships, and findings flow into the core roadmaps.
The role calls for direct communication with executives. The product manager presents to CISOs, CTOs and VPs of Security Operations, shares misses and deprioritizations, and addresses conflicts between a customer's contract and the internal plan head-on rather than through routine escalation.
Collaboration spans Legal, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Product. The product manager supports RFP answers, security questionnaires and roadmap presentations for prospects, and avoids letting the biggest or most vocal customer dictate direction.
Applicants need 7 to 10 years in product management, including at least four years in B2B enterprise software, with direct work on named strategic accounts. Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs or the public sector is a plus. The posting lists a typical starting base range of PLN 369,400 to 584,300.

- Build a structured tracker for customer-sourced requirements and keep answers moving
- Convert input from many accounts into one coherent product direction
- Push validated customer patterns into core roadmaps

Requirements
- Hands-on track record with named strategic accounts
- Hands-on background with SIEM, SOAR, XDR or wider security operations platforms
- Prior experience running an enhancement pipeline for several enterprise accounts simultaneously
- Executive presence in front of C-suite and vice-president level customers

- Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs or the public sector
- Earlier career in security practice, for example SOC work, incident response, detection engineering or security architecture
