Job Description
Elastic Security is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead XDR along with the exposure and vulnerability capabilities joining it. The job is full-time and remote, and the listing places it in the United States.
The role joins a detection-and-response core with a broader exposure program. XDR is at the center. Exposure and vulnerability management stands as the main area of expansion, while attack surface and cloud posture serve as inputs that sharpen prioritization.
The product manager uses AI tools for research, synthesis and delivery as an everyday habit, while remaining accountable for the results. The position also means leading across matrixed groups, shifting between projects, codebases and teams as business priorities change, and communicating clearly with colleagues who are spread out.
Relevant background includes 7 to 10 years in product management, at least four years in security or enterprise B2B software, and hands-on familiarity with XDR, EDR, SIEM or security operations. Practitioner experience is a strong advantage, and familiarity with AI security (the ways AI, ML and agent-driven systems get attacked and protected) is a plus.
The posting gives a typical starting base range of PLN 369,400 to 584,300 and states that the role carries no variable pay.
