The director sets priorities and budgets for projects, coordinates with IT on technology needs, applies Lean and Six Sigma tools, and manages change across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead process excellence and digital transformation projects for banking
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
- Set metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency
- Coordinate with clients on project status and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Black Belt certification from a recognized institute or company
- At least 10 years leading complex technology projects in contact center or customer service
Qualifications
- At least 7 years driving process improvement in US banking
- Hands-on experience with IVR, CTI, CRM and chatbot platforms
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate
