Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices with purchase order matching, including rentals, travel, utilities and recurring invoices.
- Handle deposits, petty cash booking and the spread of expenses over periods.
- Prepare and review VAT reports, accruals and other P2P provisions.
- Assist with monthly KPI preparation and train the P2P team on accounting matters.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
- At least five years of accounting or finance experience, with SSC experience an advantage.
- General accounting and administrative process knowledge.
Qualifications
- Oracle E-Business Suite knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
