Moniepoint seeks a Product Design Lead for a full-time, on-site role to guide design execution and oversee a small team across multiple projects.
This position is well-suited for a professional who combines team leadership capabilities with hands-on UX and UI design expertise. In this capacity, the selected candidate will prioritize initiatives, steer strategic objectives, and maintain high standards of quality. The role requires partnering closely with engineering, product management, and executive stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks, refine workflows, and produce accessible, scalable solutions that meet user needs and drive business goals.
The successful candidate will advocate for user-centred design through quantitative and qualitative research, usability testing, and behavioural data. Responsibilities
