Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant design systems background and proficiency in building code-based concepts. The position offers an annual base salary range between $164,000 and $294,000 USD, alongside equity and various health, retirement, and wellness benefits. Work can be performed from a designated United States hub or remotely within the country, though in-person onboarding is mandatory upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategy and decision-making for cross-product design systems
  • Establish and communicate a vision for shared design patterns across multiple products
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and other design teams to implement components consistently
  • Develop, iterate, and refine components including user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Drive internal adoption and ongoing refinement of the design system
