As a Product Manager at Meta, the successful candidate will partner with engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to shape near and long-term product strategies. Responsibilities
- Identify near and long-term product opportunities and establish strategies, missions, and roadmaps aligned with broader goals.

- Drive product development alongside engineering and design teams while ensuring team health.
- Reimagine workflows through the responsible use of AI tools to enhance organizational speed.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics using data, user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
- Design and interpret complex experiments and evaluations to guide strategic product choices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience collaborating with engineering, design, and user research teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or product design.
- Experience guiding products through the complete life-cycle from requirements to post-launch execution.
- Experience developing and advocating for AI-native strategies across organizations.
- Experience presenting effectively to executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience building 0-to-1 AI-native products, marketplaces, or platform and ecosystem products.
- Background working within a consumer-focused technology company.
- Demonstrated history of scaling AI best practices and responsible AI methodologies across teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI-enabled tools to construct product artifacts at scale.
