In this role, the contractor will support the creation of an artificial intelligence-driven risk intelligence platform designed to help cybersecurity, enterprise communications, and security teams identify and react to emerging online hazards.
The chosen professional will take charge of the product roadmap and feature specifications, collaborating alongside software and machine learning engineers as well as end users to transform complex data into actionable tools. This position is hands-on and execution-oriented, utilizing an AI-assisted and spec-driven development workflow. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in B2B software-as-a-service environments, coupled with experience deploying model-driven features and managing backlog priorities. Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for designated platform areas while balancing business objectives, technical limits, and user needs
- Draft comprehensive product specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories for engineering teams and artificial intelligence coding agents
- Collaborate with engineering and machine learning specialists to launch, refine, and evaluate large language model features
- Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise users to identify user workflows and challenges
- Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Establish success metrics for features and leverage feedback and analytics to guide iterations
- Coordinate with design personnel to build intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows
- Report roadmap progress, strategic updates, and trade-offs to stakeholders and client leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of product management experience focused primarily on B2B software-as-a-service offerings
- Demonstrated history of launching artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-focused features along with defining success metrics for probabilistic outputs
- Strong technical writing abilities for creating product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Practical background collaborating directly with engineering groups in Agile settings
- Demonstrated ability to execute customer discovery and translate findings into prioritized requirements
- Experience making data-driven decisions via product analytics, experiments, and metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for presenting to senior leadership
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Background in trust and safety, threat intelligence, media monitoring, risk management, or cybersecurity
- Experience building products for or selling to enterprise buyers such as chief security officers, chief information security officers, or communications leaders
- Familiarity with spec-driven development workflows and hands-on experience using large language model tools
- Prior exposure to data-heavy analytics, alerting, or dashboard products
- Familiarity with software tools including Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Linear, and Jira
