Job Description
Wpromote is hiring a full-time remote Product Manager for its Technology team to help steer Polaris IQ, a marketing intelligence platform. The product helps clients make smarter investment decisions across brand health, audiences, creative, media and measurement. It serves Wpromote's internal marketing specialists as well as outside clients.
The product manager is responsible for several Polaris IQ applications and leads the development and design group that delivers their roadmap. It sits where marketing services, client work and technology meet. It requires understanding how marketers operate, finding opportunities, and converting them into product decisions and requirements with engineering, design and partner teams.
Daily work includes user research, studying market and product data, and building use cases to rank opportunities. The manager turns needs into workflows and acceptance criteria, drives launches and adoption, presents the platform in client meetings and demos, measures success with usage and business numbers, and triages issues and bugs.
The posting asks for at least three years in digital marketing, martech or agency work, plus experience turning user and business needs into product requirements. Candidates should handle uncertainty and competing demands independently, and be curious about how data, AI and technology can make marketing teams more effective. Jira, Agile or Scrum experience and analytics or SQL skills are helpful.
Benefits in the posting include a remote-first culture, unlimited PTO, flexible hours, a long winter break, fully paid parental leave, retirement matching, health, life and pet insurance, and class pass credits. The expected salary is $110,000 to $135,000 a year. The company also keeps hubs in Los Angeles and in New York, and no immigration sponsorship is offered.
