Nebius seeks a Security Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap for its cloud platform security offerings. Operating as an AI-focused cloud infrastructure provider, the organization builds full-stack solutions supporting developers and enterprises from data training to production. In this position, the professional will convey security strengths to the market, guide product lifecycles, and align security features with customer needs and compliance standards.
The person in this role will lead public communications regarding security updates, collaborate with the CISO office on compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and conduct ongoing market research. Responsibilities also include driving cross-functional alignment between engineering, legal, marketing, and customer-facing teams while positioning security as a competitive business advantage.
Responsibilities
- Establish the vision, roadmap, ideation, backlog prioritization, and customer feedback workflows for security products
- Direct public communications concerning compliance status changes and coordinate user messaging during security incidents alongside leadership
- Analyze industry benchmarks, emerging security technologies, and competitor certifications to propose strategic product differentiators
- Partner with the CISO office and compliance teams to gather technical evidence and maintain a certification roadmap including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
- Own specific cloud security-related services and collaborate across departments to align security goals with broader product roadmaps
Requirements
- Three or more years of product management or program management experience centred on security initiatives
- Fundamental understanding of compliance frameworks like GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 and their business value translation
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers through writing or speaking
- Stakeholder management proficiency to coordinate across engineering, marketing, CISO staff, and product teams
- Analytical approach to define success metrics and make data-driven decisions regarding feature adoption and trust
Qualifications
- Possession of professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or PMP
- Background working in regulated industries
- Prior professional experience with a Cloud Service Provider
