In this position, the professional functions as a trusted technical advisor for major enterprise clients utilizing the Nebius GPU Cloud platform. The role involves guiding clients through the architecture, deployment, and scaling of artificial intelligence solutions that span hundreds or thousands of graphics processing units. Candidates have the option to work remotely from the United Arab Emirates.
This role suits experienced cloud architects or customer engineers who possess a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads. The position requires close collaboration with internal sales and product departments to support business growth, relay feature requests, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact for clients to troubleshoot and resolve intricate artificial intelligence and machine learning issues.
- Assist clients in maximizing graphics processing unit performance for machine learning training and inference tasks to guarantee scalability.
- Work alongside the sales department to spot new business prospects, introduce recent products, and deliver technical presentations.
- Serve as a communication link to product divisions by sharing client feedback and feature demands.
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to negotiate solutions and resolve client difficulties.
Requirements
- Possess five to ten or more years of professional background as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer involving cloud services and artificial intelligence or machine learning workloads.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Infrastructure as Code utilities like Terraform and Ansible.
- Show working familiarity with Kubernetes and Python programming.
- Maintain a solid understanding of graphics processing unit computing, covering machine learning training, inference tasks, and architectures such as CUDA and OpenCL.
- Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with the capacity to establish trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Display strong capability in explaining complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hold authorization to work in the country of application and provide proof of eligibility upon hire.
Qualifications
- Practical background using high-performance computing and machine learning orchestration platforms like Slurm or Kubeflow.
- Familiarity with deep learning libraries including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of machine learning tools provided by NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated project management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience mentoring technical staff members and encouraging team development.
