Job Description
Ashby is seeking a Product Support Specialist based in Australia to join their remote team and provide assistance within the APAC region. In this role, you will interact with customers daily, addressing everything from intricate workflow questions to sophisticated software integrations. You will also participate in internal initiatives, such as translating technical engineering updates into training materials for the broader support staff and building automated workflows to boost team efficiency.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy diving deep into technical problem-solving rather than focusing on customer success management, account management, or team leadership. Team members operate in an asynchronous environment and must possess strong ownership skills, detailed attention to communication, and a genuine curiosity to uncover root causes without prematurely escalating to engineering. The role is not suited for individuals looking for a simple point solution, as the platform is broad and continually evolving.
Ashby creates enterprise software designed to improve recruitment and hiring processes for talent leaders and hiring managers. Backed by prominent investors such as Y Combinator, the company serves thousands of corporate clients and has experienced rapid, continuous growth following a 2025 Series D funding round.
