Responsibilities
- Govern and direct enterprise transformation programs to meet strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and measurable goals
- Partner with technology, operations, business, and executive stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve delivery obstacles
- Set up program governance, performance tracking, risk management, and reporting structures for executive visibility
- Discover operating model improvements, process optimizations, and organizational efficiencies across the business
- Facilitate change management and engagement initiatives to support team member communication and adoption
Requirements
- Over 8 years of professional experience in enterprise transformation, program management, strategic projects, or large-scale organizational change
- Familiarity with hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree
- Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Agile, or Scrum
