As ElevenLabs expands its international footprint, the organization is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its newly formed RFP Engine function. This remote-first role involves overseeing complex enterprise bids and strategic pursuits from initial qualification to final submission. The professional will coordinate cross-functional inputs from legal, sales, security, and solutions engineering, utilizing an AI-first system to handle routine drafting and compliance checks while applying critical judgment to positioning and differentiation.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience handling complex enterprise bids end-to-end within a technology company. Responsibilities
- Manage strategic enterprise bids and RFPs from qualification through final submission
- Decode evaluation criteria and shape response strategy alongside account teams
- Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security functions
- Run pursuits using an AI-first system and help improve the tooling with every cycle
- Systematize repeated work into reusable templates, content, and processes for the wider company
Requirements
- Proven background managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end at a technology company
- Fluency in using AI for daily work, alongside experience shipping internal workflows or partnering with engineers
- Superior writing and editing capabilities to synthesize technical and commercial inputs into persuasive responses
- Strong project management skills to handle contributors, reviews, and sign-offs across time zones under strict deadlines
- Strong commercial instincts to read scoring criteria, identify differentiators, and filter out low-value pursuits
Qualifications
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
- Prior experience managing security or compliance questionnaires
- A background in technical fields or pre-sales operations
