- Represent Lalamove at consumer and gig worker tribunal hearings and track rulings and settlements
- Coordinate with Legal, Customer Service and Driver Operations to compile evidence and defence submissions
- Draft formal response letters and incident reports for government agencies
- Attend government working groups and forums, and monitor legislative changes affecting the platform
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work quickly with minimal supervision
