This position centers on supporting the internal talent acquisition function to create an efficient and positive hiring journey for applicants and internal stakeholders alike. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals who excel at multitasking within rapid, dynamic environments.
In this capacity, personnel will work closely alongside internal hiring teams and recruiters to manage interview scheduling, maintain proactive candidate communication, and deliver a welcoming onsite presence during interviews. The position requires individuals to operate out of the San Francisco office three days per week, providing white-glove support especially during onsite interview rounds.
The role suits individuals possessing a background in candidate coordination or similar talent functions, particularly those accustomed to high-growth technology or software-as-a-service sectors. Selected talent will utilize modern applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate talent records while contributing broadly to internal recruiting initiatives and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal hiring teams to identify and understand talent priorities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews involving candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Maintain clear communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track candidate progression and records using Greenhouse and Gem Scheduling
- Help prepare clear job descriptions and draft job postings
- Screen resumes, applications, and source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment department and join talent initiatives
Requirements
- Reside in San Francisco and commute to the office three days per week
- Possess at least two years of professional experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a comparable position
- Demonstrate proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools, specifically Greenhouse
- Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build trust with key stakeholders
- Display exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced work setting
