Operating within the Global Revenue organization, this position acts as a culture transformation agent, bringing clients closer to the corporate mission and serving as an advocate for clients, users, and suppliers. The person in this role will execute local strategies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Key duties involve implementing the global engagement framework for the US market, hosting virtual webinars, recording on-demand educational material, adapting content, and participating in live events.

Responsibilities
- Deploy the global wellbeing engagement strategy and best practices across the US market
- Host routine webinars for newly launched and existing clients
- Produce on-demand recordings introducing the platform to clients
- Localize written materials for target audiences
- Participate in on-site events
- Organize team brand folders and handle client inquiries
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives and projects
- Manage multiple project timelines to guarantee timely delivery
