Cloudbeds is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for ANZ to guide regional marketing strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region, with an emphasis on Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Operating within a remote work environment, this full-time role involves translating corporate goals into targeted multi-channel campaigns, live events, webinars, and partnerships. Cloudbeds creates hospitality software used by properties in 150 countries to streamline operations and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate balances high-level planning with direct execution, collaborates across departments such as Sales and global marketing, and utilizes artificial intelligence tools daily for campaign planning and output scaling.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional marketing strategy and execution across key APAC markets to support business objectives and sales goals
- Manage local and regional events from initial planning and budgeting through onsite execution and post-event analysis
- Adapt global campaigns, research reports, and product updates for regional audiences via appropriate messaging and channels
- Build local brand awareness and engagement through industry associations, partnerships, and targeted growth initiatives
- Contribute to strategy and execution for marquee tradeshows across the APAC region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, product marketing, content, events, and demand generation teams
Requirements
- Experience in a field, integrated, regional, or campaign B2B marketing role
- Hands-on background managing local and regional events including budgeting, logistics, and follow-up
- Track record of executing marketing programs across multiple countries or markets
- Strong project management, communication, and writing abilities
- Daily fluency with artificial intelligence as a marketing planning and execution tool
- Current work authorization for the job location without requiring visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Near-native English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Fluency in the Thai language
- Background in hospitality, travel technology, SaaS, or B2B software sectors
- Familiarity with regional hospitality communities, associations, and partner ecosystems in Australia, Thailand, or broader APAC
- Experience with partner marketing, ambassador programs, or regional webinars
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
