Bosch seeks a Risk Management Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. This individual contributor role is tailored for professionals with extensive technical engineering and IT experience within Bosch to execute strategic risk assessments and manage disruptive risks. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic risk assessments and market research to identify disruptive risks
- Run independent risk projects in coordination with business units
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to foster risk awareness
- Engage with senior leaders and business unit heads in India
- Create presentation decks and reports for executive leadership
- Exchange regular risk knowledge insights with the audit function
Requirements
- Hold 10 to 12 years of minimum experience in non-commercial technical areas of Engineering and IT at Bosch or RBW
- Demonstrate prior experience in identifying or reporting risks
- Possess project and program handling experience using both Agile and traditional methods
- Showcase development and testing skills in software and platform domains such as Mobility, Cyber Security, GenAI, and BD/SX
- Bring hands-on familiarity with project management tools utilized by the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
- PMP certification
- Risk management certification
