Responsibilities
- Prepare data and handle recurring admin tasks so field sales agents can focus on customers
- Clean, segment and tag CRM data and keep customer and activity records accurate
- Build daily, weekly and monthly sales, activation and churn reports in Google Sheets and Excel
- Carry out research on target industries and customer segments
Requirements
- Third- or fourth-year student in analytical disciplines such as industrial engineering, statistics, maths, econometrics or computer engineering
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot data inconsistencies
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales operations, data analysis, CRM and commercial processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
