Job Description
NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is a consultancy focused on AI, AWS and Salesforce. It builds solutions around Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, and it describes itself as Salesforce's top partner for Agentforce. Its work spans conversational AI, predictive analytics and generative AI.
The Salesforce Engagement Manager owns the delivery relationship with customers across the company's portfolio. The manager oversees project teams hands-on, acts as an escalation point, keeps quality and compliance on track, and steers project direction as a product owner would. The role also involves sales: taking part in customer sales cycles, estimating scope and staffing needs, reviewing statements of work, and running kickoff and onboarding.
The posting asks for a senior consultant with ten or more years of consulting work on iterative software projects, covering architecture design, pre-sales and leadership with clients. Candidates should have led engagements or workstreams with at least 15 people and have at least five years of hands-on experience designing, selling and delivering Salesforce solutions. Familiarity with Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, plus integrated CCaaS ecosystems, is expected, along with commercial skills for SOWs, level-of-effort estimates and change orders.
The role is listed as remote and full-time. Travel of up to 25 percent may be needed for client work and company gatherings. The posting lists salary ranges that vary by state, such as $94,400 to $266,300 a year in California, and says final offers depend on location, experience and other factors.

- Own the delivery relationship with customers across the NeuraFlash portfolio and keep engagements running smoothly.
- Give hands-on direction to project teams, serve as the escalation point, and keep quality and client satisfaction on track.
- Guide the product side of programs, setting direction the way a product owner would.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them reach outcomes and spotting further transformation opportunities.
- Join customer sales cycles to build rapport, understand scope, and estimate staffing needs.
- Partner with Sales on account growth and expansion plans.
- Hand deals from sales to delivery through SOW reviews, role definition, kickoff and client onboarding.
- Work with operations, staffing and business unit leaders to build project teams and manage staffing risk.
- Contribute to internal initiatives on solution delivery, enterprise methodology and reusable assets.
Requirements

- At least five years leading complex engagements or workstreams with 15 or more team members, including accountability for solution strategy and technical direction.
- At least five years designing, selling and delivering Salesforce solutions, and explaining platform capabilities, trade-offs and roadmap options.
- Deep solution design knowledge across Salesforce clouds such as Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, or integrated contact center ecosystems.
- Pre-sales background that includes running discovery, mapping solutions, scoping work, estimating effort, and presenting value to senior executives.
- Hands-on design of full architectures spanning requirements gathering, blueprinting, UX, integration design, data modeling, test strategy and launch readiness.
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and program governance, including explaining technical risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, architects, business analysts and QA staff.
- Commercial acumen for SOWs, level-of-effort estimates and change orders.
- Executive-level communication, including storytelling and whiteboarding future-state architectures.

- Enthusiasm for building Salesforce solutions with current technology.
- Strong written and spoken communication for audiences at every level.
