Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, size, build, and run SAP Intelligent Suite Systems on hybrid environments including IaaS and PaaS
• Collaborate with functional experts to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
• Plan, prepare, and execute implementation and migration of SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems across at least two projects
• Execute end-to-end cycles of OS, database, and hardware migrations utilizing SUM, DMO, and HSR methods
• Perform end-to-end upgrades such as EHP, S/4HANA, and SPS across a minimum of two projects
• Complete at least one end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA or BW/4HANA conversion
• Integrate SAP CPI and BTP products
• Manage mission-critical 24/7 production landscapes technically
• Administer ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP PO systems
• Perform database administration for SAP HANA and Oracle including performance tuning
• Handle SAP security hardening and system performance tuning
• Execute system copies, system refreshes, and database refreshes
• Manage SAP system backup and restore processes for Linux systems
• Design, implement, and manage business continuity solutions like clustering and high availability or disaster recovery failover solutions
• Administer Linux and AIX operating systems

Requirements

• Overall 5 to 7 years of experience as a Senior Technology Consultant in SAP Basis
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP upgrades and migrations
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of SAP Basis production support experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing roles
• Ability to lead and drive topics independently
• Flexibility to adapt to project schedules and demands

Qualifications

• Educational background including BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc (IT)
• SAP S/4HANA Conversion and Upgrade certification
• SAP OS/DB Migration certification
• SAP S/4HANA Administration certification
• Public cloud certifications, preferably SAP specialized such as SAP on AWS or SAP Workloads in Azure
• Cross-functional capabilities and collaborative team experience
