This full-time, on-site role involves leading the design, governance, and modernization of enterprise-level applications and cloud-native systems within a technology-focused global company. This position suits a technical leader who wants to influence cloud transformation strategies and shape AI-enabled digital platforms. Key responsibilities include creating scalable and secure architectures, directing migration efforts for legacy software, overseeing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring engineering teams. Candidates will also contribute to operational excellence through DevOps practices and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
- Manage the design, architecture, and governance of Microsoft .NET applications and Azure infrastructure
- Build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native architectures utilizing Azure services such as App Services, AKS, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and data platforms
- Lead modernization initiatives to migrate legacy systems to containerized and cloud-native environments
- Establish and supervise CI/CD pipelines, engineering governance standards, and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Perform design and architecture reviews to maintain alignment with long-term technological strategy and enterprise standards
- Guide and mentor technical leaders and engineers to foster continuous improvement and engineering excellence
- Promote operational excellence through DevOps methodologies, incident management, and root cause analysis
Requirements
- 13 or more years of background in Microsoft solution architecture and application development
- 4 or more years of experience delivering Azure cloud solutions
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Azure DevOps, and Azure technologies
- Background in designing enterprise applications, integration platforms, APIs, and cloud-native solutions
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL Server, and front-end technologies such as Blazor, Vue, React, or Angular
- Knowledge of modern software engineering methodologies, architectural patterns, and DevOps practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Postgraduate qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, GenAI solution development, and AI Foundry
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt orchestration, responsible AI governance, and AI-driven development practices
- Background in enterprise data platforms, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and ETL
- Experience measuring and driving the impact of AI tools on delivery outcomes and engineering productivity
