Job Description
Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is looking for an SAP project manager to lead S/4HANA transformation projects, including new implementations and global rollouts. The role covers scoping and planning, steering committee governance, quality gates, cutover and go-live, and managing cross-functional teams through hyper-care. It is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones and master plans with architects and business stakeholders
- Apply the SAP Activate phases from discovery through run
- Manage budgets, resources, risks and issues across the project
- Coordinate system testing, sign-offs, data migration and cutover
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT or the SAP ecosystem
- 3 to 5 full-lifecycle S/4HANA projects led in a leadership role
- Understanding of core SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, EWM and PP
- Strong leadership and executive-level communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related field
- Preferred: PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager certification, Agile or Scrum
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ALM, JIRA, Power BI and SAP BTP
- Excellent English communication skills
