Decile Group, operating as VC Lab, is seeking an SDR for Growth to join its fully remote team. The company provides an AI-native fund administration platform designed for emerging managers, integrating legal, compliance, treasury, accounting, and limited partner management into a single data layer.
This position requires a creative and autonomous builder who can develop and test innovative pipelines to attract emerging general partners. Rather than following a fixed playbook, the person in this role will design and execute diverse growth experiments—ranging from social media content on platforms like LinkedIn and X to automated AI agents and outbound strategies. The ideal candidate thrives on speed, values continuous learning, and is comfortable utilizing artificial intelligence tools and software independently.
Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $60,000 to $160,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Book qualified meetings with emerging fund managers utilizing effective channels
- Execute and evaluate steady growth experiments, quickly stopping ineffective tactics and scaling successful ones
- Establish a strong presence on X and LinkedIn to attract general partners organically
- Develop and deploy AI agents and automations to scale output
- Share weekly learnings with the company to improve overall growth strategies
Requirements
- Demonstrate a creative and growth-oriented mindset
- Possess strong social media writing skills
- Display an agentic approach by shipping, measuring, and iterating without waiting for permission
- Work at a fast pace prioritizing multiple scrappy tests over single polished campaigns
- Act as a builder comfortable with AI tools, automation, and self-taught software usage
- Submit a resume along with details of a past growth experiment including methodology, results, and takeaways
