Job Description
Ebury is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its growing Whitelabel team in London. The position is office based and full-time, and it is intended to help that team expand locally. The job is to manage an established set of accounts and grow the business they produce, blending account management with hands-on FX dealing know-how.
The account manager will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders at partner organisations. Responsibilities include serving as a main contact for white-label partners, holding regular executive-level reviews of performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves driving repeat and new revenue, cross-selling higher-margin products and meeting dealer and account-specific targets. Partners are trained on Ebury's product suite, platform and market risk strategies so they can earn more from their own clients, and are guided on FX risk management. The account manager structures and executes trades aimed at increasing partner revenue and Ebury's market share.
The job also works closely with colleagues in sales, product and tech to refine trading systems and operations based on partner feedback. Partners must follow Ebury's anti-money laundering, KYC and regulatory requirements, and the account manager helps make sure they do.
The role suits someone with a track record in business-to-business finance, commercial banking or a specialist currency environment serving corporate and SME clients. Hands-on FX trade execution, including spot, forwards, options and NDFs, is required, along with a demonstrated record of exceeding revenue targets and closing deals by phone and in person.
