The organization is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Data and AI team and collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market organization, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. In this position, you will independently drive the complete lifecycle of practical AI solutions—from initial concept and technical design to working prototypes and production-ready systems. You will manage evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and cost management for all deployed systems.
This opportunity is well-suited for an entrepreneurial engineer who enjoys collaborating directly with end-users, writes production-grade code, and thrives in ambiguous environments while balancing speed and maintainability.

- Create and implement agentic workflows for tasks including outbound personalisation, call summarisation, CRM maintenance, and account research
- Develop production-quality software, data pipelines, and service integrations to transition prototypes into dependable daily tools
- Refine systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and latency through model selection, prompt design, caching, context handling, and token management
- Define internal standards for artificial intelligence applications regarding monitoring, safeguards, documentation, and business impact metrics
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering capability to independently guide a project from technical design through production deployment
- Practical background in developing applications utilizing large language models, retrieval systems, APIs, agents, or related applied artificial intelligence technologies
- Experience managing production-level artificial intelligence challenges, including reliability, hallucination mitigation, context boundaries, latency, and operational expenses
- Proficiency handling both structured and unstructured data while integrating information across multiple sources
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with commercial concepts like ideal customer profiles, sales pipelines, buyer intent, and segmentation
- Prior background working alongside Go-To-Market teams
