Job Description
Freshworks is hiring a Senior Analyst for its go-to-market Cybersecurity group. The person becomes a go-to expert who reassures prospects and customers about Freshworks' security practices, acting as a hands-on technical advisor. Daily work includes answering customer questions, handling RFPs and security questionnaires, and running the group's existing playbooks and templates while refining them from customer conversations. Expected know-how includes AWS security services, OWASP Top 10 and secure development basics, encryption standards, SaaS tenancy models and reading SOC 2 reports. The posting does not list a salary.
