Wise is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to direct the EMEA Compliance Analytics branch within its Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics division in London. Operating as an AL2 role on site, this position involves splitting time between individual technical work and team management.
The person in this role will collaborate with second-line compliance partners across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory reporting schedules, monitoring risks proactively, and directing a group of three to four analysts. Responsibilities
- Partner with compliance stakeholders across various regions, products, and domains including financial crime, operations, risk, finance, and IT
- Manage the engagement model with compliance to deliver regulatory reports and develop automated pipelines for recurring reports
- Identify and execute high-impact analytics opportunities within testing projects while upskilling compliance partners
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of the team
- Drive innovation and data-driven insights across all compliance activities
- Direct automation and tooling projects to improve efficiency within compliance operations
- Lead and manage a team of three to four analysts, dividing time between technical execution and leadership duties
