Gusto embraces diversity and provides equal opportunity employment practices without regard to protected characteristics.

- Manage claims intake and status updates while coordinating hand-offs to carrier adjustment teams
- Collaborate with engineering and product units to turn recurring cases into automated product specifications for intake triage, endorsement submission, and certificate generation
- Draft standard operating procedures, service benchmarks, and escalation paths for the team
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of commercial lines service experience working within an independent agency, brokerage, or carrier handling small commercial accounts end-to-end

- Practical experience utilizing artificial intelligence and automation tools in daily service operations for tasks such as drafting, triage, and summarization
- Evidence of building workflows, documenting processes, or implementing tools
- Possession of an active Property and Casualty producer license, or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
