Job Description
Lattice builds a people success platform covering performance reviews, engagement surveys, feedback, check-ins, goals and career planning, and says it serves over 5,000 customers worldwide. This remote role sits within the Legal department and centers on commercial contracts. The Senior Contracts Manager advises teams across the business on how deals should be structured and approved.
The role covers a wide mix of agreements with customers, suppliers, partners and others. The person drafts, reviews and negotiates these within the company's playbooks, approval structure and risk limits. Deal types include subscription order paperwork, master services contracts, data processing terms, service levels, AI-related clauses, renewals and terminations. Anything beyond established parameters needs a clear assessment and a recommended path before it is escalated.
Collaboration is central. The manager partners with Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Procurement, Privacy and Security teams, and keeps records accurate in Ironclad, Salesforce and Zip. Other duties include shaping templates, fallback positions and reporting on contract volume and cycle time, and using approved AI-assisted tools for review and drafting.
Applicants should have at least five years negotiating commercial technology agreements, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS business. The job is full-time, with a base pay range of $123,500 to $154,500 and eligibility for incentive stock options.

- Flag significant legal, financial, privacy, security or product risks with a short analysis and suggested next step
- Maintain accurate records, approvals and signed documents across Ironclad, Salesforce and Zip
- Spot repeated negotiation issues and convert them into better templates and playbooks
- Produce reports on volume, turnaround, escalations and negotiation trends
- Apply approved AI and legal tech to speed up review, compare language to playbooks and summarize talks
