The successful candidate will balance commercial speed with strict regulatory compliance to support organizational growth.
Key duties involve designing and enforcing procurement contracting policies, guiding high-value agreements through their complete lifecycle, and creating pre-approved clause libraries to streamline legal reviews. - Lead strategic, high-complexity contract negotiations throughout the entire lifecycle to secure optimal terms for service levels, scope, exit clauses, pricing, and renewals
- Translate internal stakeholder business needs into enforceable contract language while maintaining positive supplier relationships
- Partner with Legal to establish contract criteria that bypass direct legal review, utilizing pre-approved clause libraries to minimize redlines
- Maintain fallback contract positions and escalate non-standard redlines for legal review

- 10 or more years of experience in procurement or contract management
- Demonstrated history of closing complex, multi-year deals with global Tier-1 suppliers
- Extensive experience integrating information security and data privacy clauses into commercial contracts
- Background collaborating internally with General Counsel and CISO offices
- Expert negotiation skills with the ability to communicate contract return on investment to executives
- Familiarity with Ironclad CLM and Zip procurement platforms
- Executive presence supported by strong communication, influence, and change-management abilities

- JD degree strongly preferred
- Background working in a fast-paced technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environment
