Luxury Presence seeks a remote Senior Data Analyst focusing on GTM Analytics located in Canada. Operating as a Series C proptech firm backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other prominent investors, the company develops an artificial intelligence growth platform utilized by over ninety thousand real estate professionals, encompassing more than thirty percent of the Wall Street Journal Real Trends top one hundred agents nationwide.
This position rests within the go-to-market analytics division, which manages core performance metrics for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success departments. The incoming specialist will directly engage with leaders across these functions to tackle complex questions regarding conversion funnels, pipeline health, retention metrics, and campaign effectiveness. Collaborating closely with analytics engineering under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Analytics, the professional will participate in two-week agile sprints to construct data models, enhance data integrity, and contribute to Lighthouse, an internal BI-as-code platform.
Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguous settings, possess robust communication capabilities, and demonstrate a strong interest in agentic artificial intelligence workflows. Applicants should bring extensive background in business intelligence or analytics supporting commercial growth functions, paired with proficiency in SQL, dbt, and customer relationship management data sources like Salesforce. Daily operations utilize tools such as Claude Code, making familiarity with coding assistants an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver decision-ready analytics covering pipeline status, funnel conversion rates, campaign outcomes, retention patterns, and revenue retention drivers
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to frame analytical questions, structure recommendations, and drive operational decisions
- Translate ambiguous business inquiries into clear, testable analytical frameworks
- Construct and maintain dbt models and data marts centered on Salesforce as a primary source
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive documentation and source-of-truth tables
- Contribute to the development of the BI-as-code platform known as Lighthouse by defining metric and semantic structures
- Implement agentic AI workflows to streamline recurring reporting and accelerate analytical tasks
- Plan and prioritize tasks within two-week sprints alongside the direct manager and team OKRs
- Communicate status updates proactively to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional background in analytics or business intelligence supporting sales, marketing, or customer success teams
- Expert-level Structured Query Language skills and hands-on experience utilizing dbt for go-to-market data modeling
- Practical knowledge of Python for task automation and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce data structures, objects, and CRM data quirks
- Familiarity with modern data stack infrastructure, including cloud warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery and EL tools like Fivetran
Qualifications
- Experience working with modern business intelligence platforms such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker
- Practical background utilizing AI agents, large language models, or coding assistants like Claude Code
- Staff-level candidates must demonstrate a track record of owning larger, ambiguous problems end-to-end and establishing technical direction
