Operating within the Revenue Operations function and reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, this position sits at the intersection of sales, legal, finance, and product to manage the quote-to-contract lifecycle. The role suits a resourceful professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings and wants to actively shape processes rather than inherit them.
In this position, the analyst will oversee day-to-day deal reviews, approvals, and configurations while acting as a trusted advisor to the sales organization. Responsibilities include designing go-to-market workflows, safeguarding data integrity for financial reporting, and utilizing automation and AI to scale commercial operations. The preferred candidate will work out of the San Francisco headquarters on a hybrid schedule during standard United States business hours, focusing primarily on Pacific Standard Time.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily deal reviews, closing operations, structuring, and quote configurations end to end.
- Partner with finance, legal, partnerships, product, and pricing teams to execute transactions and roll out new product launches.
- Guide sales teams on complex, non-standard deals by developing practical solutions for ambiguous situations.
- Maintain data hygiene and support financial audits regarding revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Analyze market and deal trends to formulate new sales strategies, training materials, and deal levers.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to streamline and scale commercial workflows.
Requirements
- Possess at least four years of professional background in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or revenue and sales operations within the technology sector.
- Demonstrate a history of collaborating successfully with sales teams and cross-functional partners to advance complex deals.
- Show proven capabilities in project management and process enhancement.
- Operate effectively through change and ambiguity within a high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Have hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or a similar CPQ platform.
- Show a proven history of utilizing AI or automation tools to enhance operational processes.
- Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area to help build office culture.
