This on-site Senior DevOps Engineer role in Bengaluru supports the configure, price and quote (CPQ) products at ServiceNow. The engineer designs and maintains infrastructure across Google Cloud, Azure and AWS, and deploys containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
The role also covers PostgreSQL administration, Python development, security code reviews and CI/CD automation on GitHub. Application support for SaaS CPQ solutions and mentoring colleagues are included.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain infrastructure for CPQ products across GCP, Azure and AWS
- Build, deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Maintain PostgreSQL schemas, query performance and data consistency
- Support AI/ML microservices and provide application support for SaaS CPQ solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience with a record of high-quality delivery
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with CI/CD and automation using GitHub Actions
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL
Qualifications
- Experience with GCP, Azure or AWS and hyperscaler services
- Use of AI productivity tools such as Cursor or Windsurf (nice to have)
- Experience in regulated markets on Azure (plus)
