This full-time, on-site position sets the long-range design direction, makes sure products are both useful and valued by users, and leads a design function serving business software and enterprise customers.
The director covers the complete design lifecycle. Working with research leadership, they build a deep understanding of the user base. With product management leaders, they shape design plans that support revenue growth and sustained retention. They coordinate with the design systems lead to keep the shared system matched to product needs and emerging changes, deliver regular updates to senior leadership, and present concepts to executives.
