The chosen candidate will execute design and development assignments, deliver series support, and release verified products adhering to BES_PE standards to guarantee client satisfaction. Responsibilities include organizing customer sub-projects, joining technical meetings with clients, addressing technical issues, reporting development metrics, and highlighting potential risks. Furthermore, the position involves participating in product innovation through invention reports, keeping current with sustainable system development trends, and applying creative concepts to ongoing development projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute design and development work packages and customer sub-projects for conventional diesel fuel injection within time, quality, and cost targets
- Release engineering outputs with necessary verification and ensure compliance with BES_PE standards
- Participate in customer meetings for technical alignments and deliver project outcomes
- Contribute technical inputs to resolve technical problems and ensure product quality
- Identify and notify possible risks while providing data and information on development metrics
- Maintain current knowledge of project management trends, sustainable system development, and engineering best practices
- Engage in product innovation, continuous process improvement, and the implementation of creative concepts as invention reports
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor degree in a mechanical-related engineering field
- Possess one to four years of experience in product development, design, product functional analysis, and investigation
- Demonstrate exposure to project management work packages
- Understand product design and development processes, engineering drawings, design standards, and the BES process
- Have knowledge of standards and norms, geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing, design, materials, and reliability
- Understand internal combustion engines, connected systems, and the manufacturing, quality, and procurement processes for auto components
- Possess knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, measurement procedures, data analytics, and machine learning concepts
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical reasoning ability, out-of-the-box thinking, and an aptitude for in-depth technical tasks
