As a senior enterprise systems engineer, you will manage the lifecycle of Tier 1 enterprise tools and collaborate across security, finance, legal, and other business units. This position involves establishing configuration standards, driving workflow automations, and integrating artificial intelligence platforms responsibly.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle for assigned Tier 1 enterprise platforms including configuration, ongoing administration, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strategic tool roadmaps that align with near-term priorities and long-term organizational objectives.
- Handle single sign-on and SCIM provisioning via Okta alongside access reviews and application onboarding tasks.
- Design and construct application integrations utilizing APIs, Tines, and Okta Workflows.
- Configure AI features and deploy automated workflows to minimize manual tasks and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and procurement teams to manage licenses, cost projections, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of enterprise systems or IT experience building and supporting systems at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with administering, integrating, and optimizing core platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira, or Asana.
- Practical background in identity and access management principles including single sign-on, provisioning, and access reviews.
- Experience using workflow automation tools or low-code and no-code platforms and APIs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity platforms and secure AI adoption practices.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Okta for identity management
- Experience with software licensing, procurement, and vendor management
